The Coordinator serves as the case administrator for Team USA athletes who have been referred to the Psychological Services team. The Coordinator also assists with outreach and education on psychological services for various stakeholders (e.g., staff, athletes, National Governing Bodies) across the country and around the world. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all policies and procedures for Psychological Services and will act as a liaison to the USOPC mental health care and sport psychology teams.Here's how you'll have an impact:Support the implementation and coordination of psychological services (e.g., individual therapy, group therapy, tele-therapy, crisis/emergency action plan, assessments/screens, training, etc.) for Team USA athletes and staff.Manage inbound inquiries related to psychological services, proactively connecting athletes and staff to available resources. Provide coordination and follow-up as needed.Appropriately document all requests related to psychological service assessments, referrals, treatments, and case management of Team USA athletes and staff in electronic medical record system.Respond promptly to psychological services-related inquiries and requests, responding actively and with sensitivity to the needs of the end user.Assist Psychological Services with facilitating services for mental health emergency action plans when appropriate.Serve as primary case administrator for Team USA athletes and staff who have been referred to psychological service providers outside of the USOPC.Organize the integration of psychological screening within health histories for Games and Elite Athlete Health Profiles.Provide world-class customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders, including Team USA athletes, USOPC staff, National Governing Bodies (NGBs), National Medical Network (NMN) partners, and psychological services partners, in a manner that meets or exceeds defined departmental service tactics and success outcomes.Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, reflective of the USOPC values and mission.Maintain ongoing knowledge of the psychological services program and resources available to athletes and staff within the USOPC. Assist with offering outreach and education resources on psychological services for various stakeholders (e.g., athlete, staff, NGBs) as needed.Maintain the comprehensive psychological services policies and procedures for daily operations and the Olympic & Paralympic Games, including mental health emergency action plans. Assist in educating athletes, coaches, and staff on these policies and procedures as needed.Gather data and capture service delivery feedback on the efficiency and quality of psychological services programming. Organize case audits and program evaluation for quality assurance.Contribute to the team effort by effectively achieving results in coordination with the Sports Medicine division. Provide administrative support on various processes and programs as necessary within Sports Medicine.Contribute to the development of an environment for USOPC team members and Olympic and Paralympic athletes that is healthy, safe, equitable, and culturally affirming.Handle confidential information and communicate only to its intended audience. Maintain complete security in regards to patient health information encountered through USOPC employment.Adhere to HIPAA-compliant documentation and recordkeeping including recording and entering all athlete medical interactions and related data in the electronic medical records in a complete and timely manner.Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceCurrent CPR certification1-2 years of administrative experience1-2 years of customer service experienceBroad understanding of psychological principles, services, and programmingCommitment to diversity and demonstrated competency in multicultural environments and skillsHere are some things that will make you super competitive for this role:Master's degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferredCertification in Anti-Doping training completed within 30 days of start dateCertification in SafeSport training completed within 30 days of start dateElectronic Medical Record experience preferredExperience in sports or healthcare setting preferredHere's where you'll work:This is a hybrid role that will regularly work from both our Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center and remotely.Here's some more information you need to know:Hiring Pay Range: $20.50 - $26.02 per hourThis is a full-time, non-exempt, position intended to work 40 hours per week.Bonus:This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program at a 5% target.
