Chief Architecture EngineerKey Role:Manage the cost, schedule, and
development of the overall system of interest encompassing hardware
and software through its entire life cycle, which includes but is
not limited to requirements determination through operations and
system retirement, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement,
risk and opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet
the needs of the specific project. Apply advanced program
management, theories, principles and concepts and contribute to
development of new principles and concepts. Manage the development
of solutions to highly complex problems. Work with wide latitude
for unreviewed action with responsibility for supervision and
development of a talented team. This position is a hybrid role with
a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and
working remotely.Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience leading space delivery programs
- Experience engaging and influencing senior clients and firm
leadership through strong presentation and interpersonal skills to
achieve mission objectives
- Experience managing a team of engineersand developers,
including establishing design concepts and criteria, product
research, development, testing and integration
- Knowledge of proposal work, contracts, reviews, and technical
performance in coordination with client needs
- Ability to successfully deliver a BMC3 program and manage all
program aspects including cost, scheduling, risk and
performance
- Ability to rapidly form strong relationships with SDA
programmatic and technical leadership and Tranche 1 contractor
leads
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile software development processes and tools,
including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and GitLab
- Experience with DevOps or DevSecOps pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization and technologies, including
Kubernetes
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to
a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility
requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance
is required.Compensation:The proposed salary range for this
position in Colorado is 175,000 to 195,000. Final salary will be
