Employee Assistance ProgramSummary: The Program Coordinator works
closely with NP Fellows, Director of Ambulatory Clinical
Operations, Practice Manager, Medical Director and other clinical
leadership and staff by providing administrative support while
managing the day-to-day administrative coordination of the
Fellowship clinic.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinates
the NP Fellow's rotations at facilities/space planning, especially
in close concert with the leadership of the respective clinics.
Coordination and scheduling of didactic lectures, scheduling,
identifying space needs, presenters and updating Fellowship
calendars accordingly. Act as a liaison between internal and
external department during orientation and rotations Keep contact
list of presenters, key partners and preceptors up to date.
Initiates and maintains Letters of Thanks to key partners. Works
with Human Resources Department to help facilitate clinical aspects
of onboarding and off boarding of NP fellows and staff as needed.
Proficient in various IT products related to training, including
New Innovations and MS Office products and Survey Monkey.
Coordination with outside partners for meetings, lecture and
education. Coordination of applications, interviews and related
processes for NP Fellows according to PTAP standards. Must be fully
competent in understanding Accreditation and the renewal process
and update the ongoing annual requirement for the Fellowship
Program, including, but not limited to: Academic schedule,
evaluations, etc. Collection of PTAP (Practice Transition
Accreditation Program) accreditation data and assistance with PTAP
accreditation process and assimilation of aggregate data as
required for reporting purposes. Active participation in the NP
Fellowship Self Study and Quality improvement initiatives. Provide
administrative and clinical program support to Medical and clinic
leadership. Provide coordination for all prospective NP Fellows
throughout the Program application process. Works with
Communications to plan and develop updates/revisions to signage and
web pages. Works with Leadership and communications teams to plan
NP Fellow graduation. Responsible for in clinic orientation
planning for NP Fellows. Works in conjunction with Residency
Program Coordinator to support Residents and NP Fellows with
ongoing M&M (Morbidity and Mortality) Project. Maintain contact
in collaboration with Credentialling department for incoming NP
Fellows and assist them as needed for transitioning into the
Fellowship. Schedules meetings, formulates agendas, facilitates and
maintains minutes, attends department meetings and other meetings
as assigned. Facilitates PI/QI activities utilizing FOCUS/PDSA &
AAAHC benchmarking. Supports facility safety initiatives, physical
clinic maintenance and maintains regulatory standards for
appearance. Maintains an open line of communication between clinic
and administrative staff and other internal departments and
external customers as necessary. Maintains Office pars and assists
with office supply ordering. Promotes and demonstrates the mission,
vision, and Core Values of Peak Vista. Develops and maintains good
working relationships with all departments, the management team,
medical staff, and leadership. Embraces cultural diversity amongst

equivalent education.Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 office
administration experience required. Minimum of 2 years clinical

setting experience puter Skills: Intermediate-ability to access the
intra/internet to manage timecard, review policies and procedures,
and read company communications; use email and Microsoft Teams
software to communicate with co-workers, leadership, and other
departments; use and create a variety of templates, complex tables,
merges; manage table data, sort and filter merges, and also perform
basic work with existing Macros, Smart Sheet customize toolbars,
import and insert graphs, embed Excel data, and elaborate reports;
work with multiple worksheets, filter data, use integrate
functions, and manipulate databases; customize templates and the
PowerPoint environment, and to make a presentation interactive by
