Job Description:
A university is searching for a person to fill their position
for a Remote Enrollment Counselor Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Interacting with students via telephone, email/written
correspondence to guide students
Maintaining an upbeat, professional, and helpful approach in all
dealings
Proactively communicating and following up with students via
telephone and email
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
2+ years of related experience, or a bachelors degree without
experience
Must work set schedule with hours that may include evenings and
weekends
Must have basic computer skills, including experience working with
Microsoft Office programs
Works with others in a considerate, respectful, and unbiased
manner
Draws on facts collected from a broad knowledge of goals and
processes
Corrects behaviors and communication style to meet the needs of a
wide range of situations
