Job DescriptionBob Penkhus is seeking an Automotive Lot Attendant for our high-volume Sales Department. Penkhus Motor Company is celebrating over 70 years in service to the community! It is a distinctive family owned and operated automotive dealer located in the heart of beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado, offering exceptional brands with premium facilities.Purpose The general role of the Lot Attendant is to assist the Supervisor to ensure all vehicles on the sales line are well-maintained, operational, and clean to retail customers.As a lot attendant it is your responsibility to wash, help prepare and organize brand new vehicles for the sales line and showroom. Additionally the lot attendant ensures all vehicles on the line have a window sticker, buyers guide and Bob Penkhus license plate frames.Furthermore it is the responsibility of the lot attendant to maintain the cleanliness if the lot. This position works in all weather climates, responsible for snow removal, and debris clean up after snow storms. Power wash the sales inventory and surrounding sidewalks to remove any dirt accumulation. Move or rearrange vehicles for sales lot reorganization, move vehicles into and out of the sales parking or other storage lots, place materials into vehicles before they are placed on vehicle sales line- this may inclue car manuals, stock tags, window stickers, and place dealer mats.
