Supporting one another to achieve the mission and seeing opportunity in yourself and others to develop and grow.Demonstrate a teamwork mentalityThe ability to anticipate Provider needs before and during treatmentParticipate in all office communication by offering ideas or problem-solving suggestionsCommunicate clearly and professionally with other teammatesPromote a positive work environment for all fellow teammates-- -Minimum Qualifications Bilingual in SpanishRadiology Education and training that meets state requirementsStrong interpersonal skills such as; a friendly outgoing demeanor and the ability to actively listen to patients and parentsThe ability to multi-task and complete dental tasks correctly and in a timely mannerAbility to disinfect hygiene station following clinical contact surfaces protocolEfficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environmentDesired Qualifications Certified Dental AssistantKnowledge of e-Clinical Works and or EaglesoftPrevious experience working in a dental officeCurrent BLS CPR CertificationFamiliar with hygiene instruments and understanding the proper use of these instrumentsExperience with diagnostic radiographs and intraoral picturesKnowledge of tooth numbers/letters and the ability to chart existing restorations, teeth, decay and proposed restorations accuratelyPhysical RequirementsThis position requires full range of body motion.
