Orthodontic Assistant's role is to support the orthodontist(s) in
providing excellent, high-quality care to patientsThe outcome of

- Provide orthodontist with excellent chair-side assistance by
fitting orthodontic bands, bonding set-up, placement of archwires,
delivery of appliances, and removal of braces in a timely
manner
- Accurately collect and record patient medical history in
Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) system
- Passionate about delivering accurate, high levels of service -

quality care
- Help to explain treatment and tailor personal care education to
the patient's needs

- Aid in the smooth execution of laboratory duties

- State Certification/License (where applicable)

ExperiencePhysical RequirementsThis position requires full range of
body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee
is regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in
person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel or
operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and
lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50. -Work EnvironmentWork is
performed in a dental office which is a clinical and office
environment. - Orthodontic Assistants are occasionally exposed to
fumes, airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals;
therefore, compliance with proper safety and OSHA standards is
required. - This role routinely utilizes standard dental and office
