This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a two
Performs training, competency assessment, and regulatory oversight
for Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) waived and
moderate-complexity testing. This position supports system

Acts as a technical consultant by demonstrating technical and
professional ability to oversee waived and moderate complexity
testing procedures as defined by CLIA.
Maintains CLIA licensure and inspection readiness for each

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a chemical,
physical, biological, or medical laboratory science or medical
Required Licensure/Certification: Certification as a Medical
Technologist (MT) by the American Medical Technologists (AMT) or as
a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist, Medical
Laboratory Technician, Technologist in Chemistry, Technologist in
Hematology, Technologist in Microbiology, or Technologist in
Molecular Biology by the American Society for Clinical Pathology
Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in non-waived
The pay range for this position is: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is
dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon
