  • Evaluate subcontractor designs for compliance against EMI/EMC requirements
  • Evaluate, identify, and mitigate EEE compatibility risk at the component, subsystem and System level
  • Coordinate with frequency management office and other agencies to receive authorization to operate within electromagnetic spectrum
  • Evaluate subcontractor designs for compliance against EMI/EMC requirements
  • Develop Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (EEE) control plan
  • Conduct electromagnetic site survey and risk assessment
  • Conduct COSITE interference analysis (source / victim)
  • Evaluate subcontractor designs for compliance against EMI/EMC requirements
  • Assess system generated electromagnetic hazards and develop mitigation strategies
  • Responsible for the implementation and fielding of a system design that is electromagnetically compatible within itself and other co-located systems.Minimal travel is expected.       • Active Top Secret Clearance.
      • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 9 years of systems engineering experience; or 7 years' experience with a Master's degree; or 4 years with PhD.
      • Experience with MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461 standards
      • Experience with Commercial Electromagnetic Compatibility standards
      • Experience in evaluating, identify, and mitigate EEE compatibility risk at the component, subsystem and System level
      • Experience in evaluating subcontractor designs for compliance against EMI/EMC requirement
      • Technical documentation and analysis experience; proficient with Microsoft Office tool suite
      • Ability to travel up to 25%Preferred Qualifications:
        • Active DoD SCI clearance
        • Experience Leading EMI/EMC component specification development
        • Experience in implementing and fielding of a system design that is electromagnetically compatible within itself and other co-located systems.
        • Experience in conduct electromagnetic site survey and risk assessment
        • Experience in Requirements Derivation, Traceability, and Management; DOORS or Equivalent Tool Experience
        • Familiarity or experience with Agile development methodologies, i.e. Scrum, Kanban, SAFeEmployees may be eligible for discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.           Salary Range: 114300 - 171500

          Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
