Come be a part of our mission!What you'll get to do:As a Radar System Architects to join our diverse and talented engineering organization in support of our National Defense programs. Join our exciting and new programs as we embark to solve complex and novel engineering challenges. As the Radar System Architect, you will be responsible for design and development of radars critical to our national defense. You will participate in the Engineering Review Boards to help define the technical baseline and ensure conformance to specifications. Successful candidates should have strong problem solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with experienced engineering and program management teams to meet our customer's needs.Minimal travel is expected. This position will be based in our Colorado Springs airport facility. Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Mechanical Engineering with 9 years of related experience (see position summary) or (7 years related experience with a Master's Degree, 5 with a PhD)
    • Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
    • Experience with RF systems, Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA), calibration, radar waveforms, Electronic Attack (EA), or Electronic Protection (EP)
    • Experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
    • Experienced systems engineer
    • Experience with MATLAB/PYTHON or equivalent programming/analysis languages
    • Requirements development and derivation
    • Algorithm development
    • Performance analysis
    • Data Analysis Preferred Qualifications:
      • Active DoD Top Secret clearance
      • System concept development
      • Candidate technology trade studies
      • Experience with digital signal processing for RF applications
      • Experience with radar waveforms, digital beamforming, adaptive processing or algorithm development
      • Familiarity with Link Budget Analysis
      • Familiarity with Phased Array Analysis
      • Previous experience with Radar Signal Processing and algorithm development (e.g. Waveform Demodulation)
      • Support of firmware, software and hardware integration and test Salary Range: 141400 - 212200 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
