The Enterprise Change Coordinator is responsible for executing all aspects of the Change Request and Enterprise Change Notice through the ECP except for creating and revising product design data which will be handled by Engineering or appropriate functional group. Duties: Prepare CR for completeness and clarity, collaborating cross-functionally to analyze impact of proposed solutions including: - Cost impact - Inventory impact - Manufacturing impact - Marketing impact - Field impact - Quality impact Coordinate and lead cross-functional Change Review Board meetings to assess and prioritize approved CR's. Create an ECN for each approved CR, including necessary functional action items and estimated timing for completion. Follow up with ECN action item owners to drive task completion and schedule adherence. Partner with MCN coordinators to transition completed ECNs and develop implementation plans. Report overall ECP status for the business unit on a weekly basis with leadership team. Employment Types: Long Term, Temporary or Contract, Full Time, Temp to Hire.
