Phil Long Ford of Motor City is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist in our Service Department. If you are outgoing, hardworking, reliable, goal orientated and not afraid of the phone, we need you on our team. The perfect candidate will be fun, positive and motivated providing our customers the best first impression for our Service Department. This position requires no previous experience, yet opens the door to career path opportunities. We need an individual who's not afraid of hard work and the reward it brings. We will provide you with training and development on a regular basis because we care about your success.
