The person hired into this role will join our Launch and Missile Defense Division recruiting team and support a broad customer base in a highly complex, technical environment. This position will support our Colorado business in Missile Defense Solutions and the successful candidate will sit in Colorado Springs, CO.Job Duties:Provide full-life cycle recruiting, to include: screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection processAccurately assess candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesizes candidate and hiring manager feedback and routinely pre-closes candidates to ensure high acceptance rates Act as a business partner by advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborate with others throughout the organization to ensure a smooth process and meeting required business objectivesPossess the business acumen to influence key stakeholders, develop trusting relationships and effects business outcomesEffectively leverage other functional areas as well as utilize data and market intelligence when advising the business and executing staffing strategiesUnderstand and adhere to compliance, diversity and talent acquisition processesThis position may be filled at a level 2 or 3 based on the qualifications listed below. Qualifications - ExternalBasic Qualifications for a Level 2:A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of recruiting, sourcing , or closely related experience; OR a master's degree and at least 1 year of recruiting, sourcing, or closely related experience. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of the degreeExperience recruiting technical talentExperience recruiting cleared talentExperience recruiting in-house or in a staffing agency environmentBasic Qualifications for a Level 3:A bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of recruiting, sourcing, or closely related experience; OR a master's degree and at least 4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or closely related experience. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of the degreeExperience recruiting technical talentExperience recruiting cleared talentExperience recruiting in-house or in a staffing agency environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearancejobs, and similar sourcing toolsAerospace and defense industry recruiting experienceSalary Range: 61360 - 92040Salary Range 2: 76000 - 114000Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
