Within defined guidelines and framework, facilitates the
financial security of members through needs-based sales and/or
service conversations on a single Banking line of business or
product set. Serves members in a consistent and compliant way by
identifying immediate and underlying financial needs and responding
with relevant solutions. Deepens and retains member relationships
through offering USAA Banking products and services.
We are currently seeking talented Bank Sales and Service Contact
Center Representatives for future opportunities in 2021 with the
opportunity to work at home full time or in office full time.
WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS
- Member contact employees must have access to minimum broadband
internet connection standards as defined by USAA. Current
requirements are as follows:
- Bandwidth must have minimum capability of consistent speeds of
25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Wireless and Satellite coverage is currently not approved.
- Must be able to provide workspace at home that is safe,
suitable for work, and provide a distraction free environment from

As a Bank Sales and Service Contact Center Representative you
will be doing the following tasks:
Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem
from business activities and the job role.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are
effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
Follows written risk and compliance policies and procedures for
Provides operational support to members with their banking needs
on a single Banking product.
Reviews accounts and processes transactions that may require
Identifies and confirms the member's immediate request(s) and
works to resolve issues.
Explores member's banking needs and responds with needs-based
Recommends new Banking products that might be of interest to the

High School Diploma
- General Equivalency Diploma
Up to 1 year of customer service, financial services member
contact experience or military experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, including navigating
through multiple business applications.

within the salary range based on your experience and market
position. The hiring range for this position is: $ 37,000.00 - $

Geographical Differential: Geographic pay differential is
additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations
where market pay levels are above the national average.
