We welcome you to join Philips Healthcare as a Manufacturing Project Manager in the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) business. This position can be in our Colorado Springs, CO or a home-based location.

As Manufacturing Project Manager, you will be tasked to partner with Regulatory Affairs (RA), Quality Assurance (QA), R&D Engineering, IT, Labelling, S&OP (Demand + Supply) teams, and Operations teams to lead projects related to EU-MDR compliance initiatives, multiple site ERP Implementation, centralized services, production transfers, manufacturing + supply chain integrations related to M&A activity, and margin improvement activities.

To succeed, you will need a strong focus on leading cross-functional teams to achieve desired results with an eye for detail, combined with an emphasis on managing stakeholders across the organization to build credible and trusted relationships.

You are responsible for

  • Engaging with stakeholders domestically and internationally for effective planning and execution of key projects across the company.
  • Assembling and leading cross functional teams to meet project initiatives.
  • Supporting SteerCo activities for assigned projects.
  • Managing multiple inter-dependencies and business risks related to product access to the markets in a compliant manner.
  • Creating detailed planning of all tasks required to meet key project objectives.
  • Tightly adhering to deadlines, schedules and project timelines and holding teammates to the same standard.
  • Proactively escalating issues, reduce debates, and drive resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Identifying and mitigating risk with minimal oversight or guidance
  • Ensuring Quality both in the project results as well as business processes
  • Supporting continuous improvement of relevant business processes

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Engineering Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3+ years' related experience
  • ERP experience is a plus - specifically SAP
  • Ability to lead teams across multiple locations
