The program Manager will oversee, manage and support numerous teams in different geographic locations providing engineering, technical, and training support to Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) activities for USSF Space Operations Command assigned Space Mission Ground Segment Systems and emerging mission systems.The Program Manager will provide direct support to the Program Management Office with contract cost, schedule, and performance information. Responsibilities include organizing and leading an interdisciplinary team executing Performance Work Statement tasks, interfacing with the customer, and working closely with the project and technical leads providing support to our government customer base. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, independently executing assigned tasks, leading meetings, and interfacing with industry partners.An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.Responsibilities:Lead execution of maintenance responsibilities, including maintaining the cyber defense systems used to perform protect, detect, and respondactions against cyber threats.Lead execution of Initial Qualification Training responsibilities, including providing defensive cyberspace operations training to the mission system operators.Lead execution of architecture improvement responsibilities, including evaluating the cyber defense systems and current ground segment architecture for the assigned Government IT systems being defended against the cyber risk management metrics, to include ESM, and provide recommendations to fulfill cyber defense guidance and methodologies.Lead execution of innovation engineering for future technology responsibilities, including providing the full range of engineering support necessary to incorporate new/future technologies to proactively protect, detect, and respond to cyber threats.Lead task order performance in the following areas: 1. Management, 2. Engineering, Installation/System Administration, Technical Documentation, 5. Training.Serve as the single point of contact between the Government and contractor personnel.Develops, analyzes, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves work methods and procedures, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, and similar functions of management.Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates.Responsible for the overall contract performance.QualificationsRequired Skills:DOD 8570.01- Manual Information Assurance Manager Level (IAM) Level IIIExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities by levels of importance in a dynamic environmentDemonstrated ability to deliver technically correct, timely and senior leader quality productsProficiency with MS Office SuiteAbility to cultivate and sustain excellent long-term customer relationshipsAbility to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environmentRequired Experience:Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering, science, mathematics, computer science) OR any cyber-related bachelor degree from an accredited school.12 years of technical professional experience (including 6 years in a significant leadership role).6 years of defensive cybersecurity architectural/engineering experience with design, implementation, administration, deployment, configuration, and installation of cyber host/network intrusion detection systems.4 years of administration, deployment, configuration, and installation of Security Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR), Security Information & Events Management (SIEM), and End-Point Detection and Response (EDR).2 years of experience in administration, deployment, configuration, and installation of containerized/orchestration environments (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments, or virtual environments).2 years of experience in administration, deployment, configuration, and installation of NFS storage, distributed storage, or Ceph Ruck storage.2 years of experience in administration, deployment, configuration, and installation of Linux operating systems.2 years of experience in administration, deployment, configuration, and installation of Windows operating systems.Experience with defensive cyber assessments identifying Test/Terminal Access Points (TAP) placement and fielding for host/network data collection.An active TS/SCI clearance is requiredPreferred Experience:Experience in space/ground systems and an understanding of cyber challenges in space mission systems.Experience in administration, deployment, configuration, and installation of machine-learning tools, space cyber detection tools, and integration of open-source intel data/feeds.Essential Requirements:US Citizenship is required.ISYS Technologies is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds.
