Job Description Center Point Renovations is a residential remodel business mainly focused on bathrooms in the Colorado Springs and Denver South Metro regions. As the company grows, we will expand into kitchens, and expand our target market. We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant/Appointment Scheduler to take inbound calls from potential customers, schedule and confirm appointments, answer customer questions, and follow up with potential customers. There are no cold calls required, but you do make outgoing calls to return calls from inbound inquiries and answer the phones for all incoming inquiries. Additionally, this person will also help with some office admin duties when calls are slow and will be greeting the occasional, in-person customer if they walk through our doors. Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: Answer Inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential customers Schedule and Confirm Appointments General Admin duties, such as filing, assisting with social media marketing, data entry Greet customers as they come through the doors Answer general questions, customer service Qualifications Sales Support Experience or Call Center, telemarketing, sales or similar experience highly preferred Driven, persistent, and excellent follow through skills Outgoing, upbeat personality Knowledge of sales and marketing Highly professional Excellent customer service skills General office or admin assistant skills and experience would be a plus Strong work ethic Self-starter, independent worker Hours, Compensation and Benefits: $16 - $20/hour base pay (depending on experience level), plus commission, plus bonuses (weekly & monthly) Full Time (but, open to a highly productive part-time person), Monday Friday (somewhat flexible schedule), this is an "work in person" position.
