Purpose of the Business Office Manager Position

The primary purpose of the Business Office Manager position is to assist the Administrator in the day-to-day accounting functions and administrative activities of the community, in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as directed by the Administrator.

Qualifications

Experience

Must have, as a minimum, one (1) year administrative, management and/or bookkeeping experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry, or equivalent knowledge and skills. Experience with MS Word and EXCEL. Must have knowledge of office machines and equipment.
