Are you mission-driven and passionate about helping others succeed?Do you push the limits and challenge the status quo?Are you the one who leads, follows, and acts with integrity?Is listening and seeking to understand an integral part of why you do what you do?Do you take the steps to build trusting relationships?If you answeredYES,keep reading to find out how you can contribute to the success of Team USA!Here's how you'll have an impact:Serve as the clinical case manager for athlete clinical services including testing, clinical appointments, and follow-up communication with National Medical Network (NMN) and local medical partners.Oversee Recovery Center administration for all locations by providing Recovery Center program maintenance, updates, and training as well as financial analysis, allocation assessments, supply management, and NGB communication.Provide NGB, NMN, and USOPC clinics support for EHR utilization, document tracking, and recordkeeping with attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy for data entry.Understand and comply with USOPC policy and procedures to include risk management guidelines, ethics policies, patient confidentiality, SafeSport initiatives, anti-doping regulations, local/state/federal laws, and other appropriate regulations. Maintain health and safety standards at the OPTCs and assigned USOPC events.Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:Bachelor's degree in sports management or related field or equivalent work experience3 years of clinic administrative experienceKnowledge of and/or experience with USOPC structure and Olympic & Paralympic sportHere are some things that will make you super competitive for this role:Prefer experience in sports administrationComputer skills in word processing, desktop publishing, database development, and EMR utilizationHere's where you'll work:Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training CenterHere's some more information you need to know:Hiring Pay Range: $19.90 - $23.75 per hourThis is a full-time, non-exempt, position intended to work 40 hours per week.Bonus:This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program at a 5% target.
