National Space Test and Training Range (NSTTR) enables enterprise level test and training and is integrated via a cutting edge digital infrastructure. NSSTR will also enable survivability testing, technical analysis, technical depth, and test expertise is necessary from up-front enterprise focused systems engineering and architecting, concepts of operations, capability and enterprise test requirements development to capabilitysystem architecting, and analysis. What You'll Be Doing The successful candidate will be able to provide both broad and specific technical expertise for the planning, conops, requirements, acquisition, development, and operations of the full scope of Enterprise Test to include a National Space Test and Training Range (NSTTR), Integrated Master Test Plan, as well as Test and Range Organization Design. The effort will include identification, development and recommendation of enabling concepts, digital engineering pilots, acquisition and partnerships, enterprise test event planning with respect to meeting the objectives and risks. What You Need to be Successful Bachelors Degree from an accredited program in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any STEM related major At least 12 years of relevant experience in space control and space domain awareness systems Experience with planning and operational requirements for DoD testing and training Experience with architecting and development of test range event planning and technology investment roadmaps Experience with programming and planning balancing investment strategies Experience with systems engineering of complex problems Experience with Test and Range organizational designs Demonstrable writing and briefing skills Demonstrable technical leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Experience working on and within Government, FFRDC, SETA environments Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to work complex problems without clear point solutions Current TSSCI required How You Can Stand Out Experienceexpertise with existing DoD space control, space domain awareness systems, and force design architectures, conops, operational requirements, and operations Experience with andor ability to effectively employ Aerospace reach-back support Experience leading teams to successful conclusions Experience with leading complex integration activities SAPSAR accesses Grade-Based Pay Range (Min - Mid - Max) 117,027 - 192,281 - 267,534 Ways We Reward Our Employees During your interview process, our team will provide details of our industry-leading benefits.
