Are you mission-driven and passionate about helping others succeed?Do you strive to continuously learn and improve together?Are you the one who leads, follows and acts with integrity?Is honoring your commitment an integral part of why you do what you do?Do you take the steps to build trusting relationships?If you answeredYES,keep reading to find out how you can contribute to the success of Team USA!Here's how you'll have an impact:Fire and Life Safety Systems: Perform, coordinate, and schedule all emergency, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on fire alarm systems, burglar alarm systems, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and fire hydrants.Building Electrical Systems: Perform, coordinate, schedule, and report all emergency, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance/repairs to include troubleshooting of buildings' electrical systems and interior lighting systems. Ensure that all work is completed within the National Electrical Code (NEC), USOPC, local codes, regulations, guidelines, and recommendations.Documentation Control: Ensure that all recordkeeping is current and updated as needed, including tracking of existing PM schedules, work requests (scheduled and completed), and equipment warranties. Utilize technical manuals, O's, warranty information, and reference materials for warranty verification, research, and task completion. Maintain an accurate tracking system for all invoicing and billing.Project Management: Coordinate minor renovation and facility repair projects. Provide planning, schedules, space plans, requisitions for materials, labor, services. Coordinate with users from preliminary stages through final completion of projects.Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:High school diploma or GED3 years of experience in institutional mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenanceKnowledge and use of Fire & Life Safety Systems (Fast, Kiddie Thorn, 'EST. 3' Simplex, Honeywell)Here are some things that will make you super competitive for this role:Possess or in process of obtaining NICET CertificationMust have a willingness to obtain a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License, and to utilize it with knowledge and efficiency when requiredAbility to read and understand commercial and residential blueprints and specificationsHere's where you'll work:Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center (primary)Colorado Springs Downtown HeadquartersUSOPC Sport HouseVelodromeHere's some more information you need to know:Hiring Pay Range: $20.90 - $24.00 per hourThis is a full-time, non-exempt, position intended to work 40 hours per week.Bonus:This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program at a 5% target.
