RMS is seeking a cybersecurity trail blazer to develop the next generation of cyber technologies and craft the future of the global security business. This position will primarily support C2BMC as a Cyber Architect, and act as a regional Subject Matter Expert (SME). The ideal candidate is an emerging cybersecurity authority with strong software, systems, and security technical acumen. Candidates should be experienced in the Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI), Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD), Research and Development (R&D) of advanced cyber capabilities and technologies for Contract Research and Development (CRAD), Internal Research and Development (IRAD), and accreditation of Department of Defense (DoD) programs.

Daily activities include: the cybersecurity design, development, implementation, and/or integration of a DoD IA architecture, system, or system component for use within CE, NE, and enclave environments. The IASAE ensures that the architecture and design of DoD IS are functional and secure. This may include designs for program of record systems and special purpose environments with platform IT inter-connectivity. Incumbents may also be responsible for cybersecurity system or network designs that encompass multiple CE and/or NE within various Business Areas (BAs). A successful candidate will work effectively throughout the Lockheed Martin organization to identify information protection needs for the enclave environment; define enclave security requirements in accordance with applicable IA policies (e.g., References (bc) and (vu) and organizational security policies); provide input on IA security requirements to be included in statements of work and other appropriate procurement documents; support Program Managers responsible for the acquisition of DoD IS to ensure IA architecture and systems engineering requirements are accurately addressed throughout the acquisition life-cycle; contribute to security architectures for use within the enclave environment; contribute to IA or IA-enabled products for use within the enclave; contribute to security designs for new or existing enclave system(s); ensure that the design of hardware, operating systems, and software applications adequately address IA security requirements for the enclave; contribute to the development, and implementation of security measures that provide confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation for the enclave environment.


* Contribute to the IA architectures and designs for systems processing SCI that will operate at Protection Level 3, 4, or 5 as defined in Reference (vu). * Contribute to the IA architectures and designs for DoD IS to include automated IS applications, enclaves (which include networks), and special purpose environments with platform IT inter-connectivity, e.g., weapons systems, sensors, medical technologies, or distribution systems. * Ensure that acquired or developed system(s) and network(s) employ Information Systems Security Engineer

Basic Qualifications

* Must meet certification requirements of DoD 8570 IAT/IAM/CSSP III (CISSP (or Associate), CEH, CISM) * Hands-on experience with security scanners, IDS, and network assessments. * Knowledge of POA&M and RAR processes * Strong familiarity with DoD, and Program security documentation, system security engineering designs, and network cybersecurity concepts * Knowledge of DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, DoDI 8530.1, DoD 8570.01-M, and CJCSM 6510.01B, JSIG, CNSS 1253. ICD 503 policies and requirements, DoD Enterprise DevSecOps Reference Design v2.0 Update. * Ability to travel a minimum of 25%
