What You Bring/Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * 1-2 years required of ICU nursing experience * Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty* Associates Degree from an accredited School of Nursing required* BSN preferred* Current Colorado RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact required* Current BLS certification from American Heart Association required* ACLS required* TNCC required* NIHSS required within 30 days of hire date.Will need to consider the following facilities: Penrose Hospital (Colorado Springs), St. Francis Medical Center (Colorado Springs), St. Mary Corwin Medical Center (Pueblo, CO), St. Thomas More Hospital (Canon City, CO) May also need to consider additional locations including Mercy Regional Medical Center (Durango, CO), St. Catherine Hospital (Garden City, KS), Bob Wilson Memorial (Ulysses, KS) Full time expectation is 3 shifts per week Available 4 weekend shifts in 6 weeksAvailable 5 holidays/high need shifts in a year Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) Your Connected Community When people and places align, incredible things happen.
