We want the time and energy you spend here to have a positive impact on your life inside and outside of the office.Entegris is a values-driven culture and our employees rally around our core PACE values:PeopleAccountabilityCreativityExcellenceThe Role: Responsible for the implementation of globally standardized Quality Management Systems (QMS) in an effective and efficient manner to maximize product performance and minimize cost; while ensuring alignment and compliance to regulatory, customers, and Entegris Global Quality Systems requirements.In this role you will: * Reduce non-value-added activities through maximizing effectiveness and efficiency of QMS elements. Areas for improvements will be identified through i) Working with business partners at the Plant for inputii) Developing and reporting key metricsiii) Audit findings, EQOS assessments, and hands-on Gemba observations.* Lead and coordinate the implementation of QMS elements at the plant to meet defined regulatory, customers, and EQOS standard.* Maintain QMS Procedures and ensure workflows are appropriate for the business.* Organize and manage the plant internal process audit system and its corresponding corrective action tracking system.* Perform Internal QMS audits at pre-defined intervals and maintain sufficient pool of internal auditors. Provide training to new internal auditors as necessary.* Lead and coordinate customer / external audits (self / site assessment) and follow up with the closure of gaps or OFI's.* Assist with training of quality system improvements.* Drive improvement plans through the reporting of Quality KPIs at pre-defined intervals;* Accountable for continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the QMS at the Plants.Traits we believe make a strong candidate: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline as a minimum* Minimum of 4-years experience in a manufacturing environment* Experience in the quality field and auditing will be advantageous* Experience in an ISO 9001 environment as well as a general knowledge of Quality systems* Experience with FMEA, 8-D problem solving and Gage Capability Study* Proven project management experience* Solid communications skills including ability to analyze data as well as develop and present information to various levels throughout the organizationYour success will be measured by: * Your high degree of accountability and integrity while achieving the best results possible* Your ability to actively seek solutions to problems and willingness to share your ideas with your team* Your demonstrated interest in continuing to learn as well as improve processes* Your ability to adapt to change and work under pressure while keeping your safety, quality and efficiency focusWhat we offer:: Our total rewards package goes above and beyond just a paycheck.
