As the Head of Inside Sales, you will oversee teams of inbound and outbound Account Executives, as well as a team of Sales Development Reps. Your mission will be to bring your experience in developing a process that leads to repeatability and predictability. You will be a builder of businesses and a leader of people. Adjust script often Have an opinion on required tools that will be necessary to influence the levers to success Manage process adherence and data quality Manage cross-functional business partners to ensure the process is followed, course-correcting as needed Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings as necessary Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to recap results and paint a vision for the future Partner with the Learning and Development (Training) team to create and facilitate training content Constantly grow the individual skill sets of your team members Enforce basic business standards related to HR policy and general office policy Create a fun, inspired and accountable culture that is focused on winning Requirements: 8+ years experience leading in a high volume and fast-paced Inside Sales environment Demonstrated track record of consistent over-delivery of expectations Hire, train, develop and retain top sales talent Provide subject-matter recommendations, and forward-thinking process improvements in key areas such as sales metrics and reporting, forecasting, and customer engagement Liaise with Marketing and other key departments to ensure strong collaboration and lead generation Experience with SFDC ecosystem Motivating personality, with the ability to connect with salespeople and business owners at a deep level Leadership experience working with small businesses High level of integrity, customer service, and customer management skills Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to hit aggressive sales objectives, while enjoying challenges and competition Possess a “roll your sleeves up” attitude, willing to get on the phones and lead from personal action Have worked and thrived in an environment that averages over 125 dials and 2.5 hours of talk time per day Ability to communicate messages “top-down” in a way that generates trust and confidence in Fivestars Accountability to all results desired and undesired Ability to think outside of personal experiences and framework to learn and grow as an individual Be comfortable in an environment of change and be able to lead through it effectively Preferred: Successfully sold to franchise, chain, or individual pay-at-the-counter food/drink businesses (i.e., coffee and tea shops, restaurants, etc.), boutiques and other small business retailers in an inside sales environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience launching in new sales markets Startup experience What’s in it for you: Competitive base salary with monthly uncapped bonuses based on team performance Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance Ownership in Fivestars through options vesting program 401K and incentives Fivestars provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
