Job Description:

Vice President Sales and Marketing Jobs in Colorado Springs, CO. The Vice President of Sales and Marketing is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives, is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets, and is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, in collaboration with Vice President of Operations, based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.. This position is also responsible for developing marketing and service policies, programs and systems to support strategic direction and aligning business plans with organizational objectives. Partners with management team to ensure the best possible service and effective communications to company customers.. Essential Functions. Develops company-wide annual sales and marketing plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.. Supports Vice President of Operations as they implement and execute sales policies and practices.. Foresees and recommends new sales opportunities, to include but limited to, new scan types, new referring marketing, future sales ideas, organic growth within current centers and clinical advancements and being on the forefront of sales.. Builds, develops, and manages the sales enablement roles capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.. Provides marketing skills and expertise to the company by building, developing and managing a marketing team capable of carry out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics. This includes online, social media and other marketing that facilitates direct to consumer marketing.. Provides input and support to the company’s leadership in the development of joint venture, affiliations and partnership arrangements.. Creates and implements sales training process.. Collaborates with operations and IT leadership to develop AI strategy to enhance sales performance and align with patient referral sources.. Provides advice around ease of usability of consumer facing technology, such as website, online scheduling, text wording and functions etc.. Facilitates effective communication between corporate and operations staff.. Collaborates with regional VP of Ops on growth goals, strategic objectives and overall sales direction.. Oversees and directs market research, competitor analyses and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives.. Performs other related duties as assigned.. Minimum Qualifications / Experience:. 10 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in health care marketing and planning in a medical center or system preferred. Strong analytical skills. Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment. Ability to continuously“exceed” customer expectations. Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
