Air Force Director of Strategy and Growth Ironclad Technology

Ironclad is searching for an Air Force Director of Strategy and
Growth . The position will work remotely in Colorado Springs. It is
important that the candidate have a strong network of contacts and
relationships within the Air Force IT and systems integration
community and be able to apply domain expertise to identify
problems and potential solutions.
Responsibilities Keeps abreast of overall AF business trends,
particularly the current business climate.
Executes long term business and marketing strategies.
Directs a campaign to establish and cultivate long term
relationships with key client officials.
Understands and responds to potential clients' needs and

white papers, presentations, briefings, and major event
Skills Ability to develop and mature key relationships within
the customer’s organizations.
Must demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, integrity,
strong business acumen, professionalism and commitment.
Demonstrated experience with the maze of rules, regulations and
idiosyncrasies that drive the Federal Government technology
Strategic thinking that moves an organization forward in terms
of growth and customer reach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills and executive
In-depth domain expertise of Air Force organizations and an
understanding of areas for improvement or modernization.
Technical domain expertise of client’s needs in order to align
Ironclad’s capabilities and core values.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or
technical subject or equivalent work experience.
10+ years’ experience within the Air Force IT community managing
programs or organizations; previous experience with the Air Force
IT, Space or Cyber organizations is a plus.
Domain expertise within Software Development, Cloud Services,
Data integration and Analytics or Cyber Security with ability to
develop technical concepts and solutions.
Demonstrable ability to collaborate and utilize existing network
of clients or contacts in the marketplace.
Strong background in crafting and delivering technical
U.S Citizenship and able to be cleared at the Secret level. TS
Physical Demands Remains in a stationary position less than 50%
of the time during the work day
Operates a computer and performs desk-based computer tasks;
viewing a computer screen less than 50% of the time during the work
Rarely lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects and/or
equipment that weighs up to 50 pounds
Ability to move about the office to complete job requirements
