As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization. Warehouse Associate Needed for Picking and Packing XXX ADULT Themed Merchandise Location: Broomfield, CO Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30?minute lunch two 15?minute breaks) Occasional overtime may extend the day to 5:30 PM; weekend work is rare. Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour About the Role We’re looking for a dependable, detail?oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Broomfield. This is a hands?on role focused on order picking, scanning, and general warehouse duties in a clean, well?organized facility. Candidates should be comfortable handling packaged adult consumer products as part of routine order fulfillment. This position is ideal for someone seeking steady, long?term employment—not a short-term or seasonal role. What You’ll Do Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders Use RF scanners to complete multiple scans per order Lift, move, and stack boxes up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift Safely use ladders as needed Operate basic computer systems, scan guns, and related equipment Keep your work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals What We’re Looking For Comfort handling boxed adult merchandise in a professional, warehouse setting Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English 1–2 years of manual ( non?automated ) warehouse experience MUST have RF scanners experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Consistent and reliable attendance Forklift experience not required—this role does not use forklifts What's in it for me?
