Job Description Job Description Real Estate Paralegal Our
client, a leading Rocky Mountain Law firm located in Downtown
Denver is seeking a 10 plus years' experienced real estate
paralegal to support their very busy and dynamic real estate
practice group. Responsibilities will include: Perform and
coordinate due diligence, including review of title commitments,
surveys, zoning reports, and underlying documents Assist in the
preparation and review of real estate conveyance and closing
documents Coordinate closings for real estate transactions such as
acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and debt/equity
transactions: manage signature page packages, document delivery,
closing checklists, and recording requirements Prepare closing
books Draft and file UCC financing statements Order and analyze
UCC, lien, litigation, and related searches Prepare and file
formation documents Draft leases, purchase contracts, easements,
deeds, and other real property documents Conduct factual research,
prepare reports, and handle related filings for special assignments
Interface professionally with clients and external parties on
assigned matters Execute detailed project tasks and recommend
alternative solutions to meet client and internal needs Research
processes and execute procedures to fulfill client requests
Retrieve, organize, review, analyze, and summarize documents Manage
multiple projects while meeting deadlines and providing timely
updates Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Suite/Outlook, InTapp,
iManage, and other practice?specific platforms Accurately record
time for client billing Maintain reliable attendance during
scheduled work hours, including responsiveness via Zoom chat,
email, voicemail, and phone Requirements Paralegal Certificate or
related degree preferred Ability to work onsite Strong
organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency

Paralegal Certificate or related degree is preferred. • Minimum of
7 years of experience in real estate paralegal work. • Strong
organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage
competing priorities. • Excellent communication skills to interact
professionally with clients and team members. • Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and practice-specific platforms
such as InTapp and iManage. • Solid understanding of commercial and
corporate real estate processes, including title searches and title
commitments. • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research
and prepare detailed reports. • Commitment to working onsite and
contributing to a collaborative team environment.
