Job Description Job Description Modern Family Law , a rapidly
expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking
3Ls graduating in December and sitting for the February 2026 Bar
exam , or graduating in May and sitting for the July 2026 Bar exam
, to become Post-Bar Law Clerks/Associates in Colorado . This role
is hybrid, but you must sit for the Bar, and plan to reside, in the
state you are applying to. Program Details: Post-Bar Law Clerks at
Modern Family Law will join the firm after sitting for the Bar
exam, and receive training and mentorship from our devoted Learning
& Development team in preparation for their transition to an
Associate Attorney after successful passage of the bar. Modern
Family Law offers you the following opportunities: Remote First

Competitive salary starting at: $66,560 (clerk) or $110,000
(associate). To be successful in this role, the Post-Bar Law Clerk
will: Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while
managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
Participate in initial client consultations. Work as a part of a
team in a respectful and growth-oriented environment. Learn how to
manage your cases from start to finish and represent your clients
as the first chair on cases upon licensure. ADA Compliance: All

of People Operations in advance. This salary is a reasonably
reliable estimate that this individual is expected to receive.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable
hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law .

also be available in certain markets. Requirements Juris Doctor
from an ABA-accredited law school completed by June 2026. Register
for the February 2026 OR July 2026 Bar exam. Attain a passing score
on the MPRE prior to sitting for the Bar exam. Submission and
approval of Character & Fitness application by the State Bar.
Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus. Mock Trial experience
is a plus. Submission of cover letter, law school transcript and
