ResponsibilitiesJeremy R. Maline and Associates, is a small in -house counsel defense firm and Employees of the Law Department, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. This position supports the Managing attorney, attorneys, paralegals and secretaries. Routine responsibilities include opening cases in case management software, organizing medical records in the case management software, answering phones, preparing correspondence, greeting visitors, scanning and routing mail, ordering and keeping inventory of office supplies. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an electronic environment as well as knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Prior law firm experience is not required. The typical work day would be 8:00-5:00PM with 45 minute lunch.
