Microsoft Site Leader The Client Site Leader is an operational owner for service delivery. The role is a member of the global client leadership team reporting into the Client Business leader and matrixed to the Country Manager. As the client site leader, you will oversee and monitor the team's performance in partnership with the Business Line leaders for services delivered from Vietnam. You are responsible for building, motivating and developing teams to ensure business sustainability by scrutinizing the overall performance of the business and ensuring the teams have all the facilities and support to deliver great customer satisfaction. Duties and responsibilities Create and execute business plans that prioritize customer, employee, and organizational requirements Onboard professionals and develop the BU knowledge in Tek Experts When needed, serve as part of the escalation path for client operational issues Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping Client Business Leader and Country Manager informed of all critical issues including reporting as required Manage headcount numbers and work with Client Business Leader and Country Manager to update the quotas/targets. Produce a capacity plan and provide short and long-term solutions for talent sourcing in alignment with the HR function. Communication: Keep open communication across the organization with Global Business Line leaders and the client as required Keep open communication with the delivery team - on-site and globally to review team's status, metrics, possible issues/needs and proceed with actions. Also, to keep the managers updated on latest news, action plans, etc. Ensure that the Client team meet KPI's and SLAs at each point of time Support local operational business review meetings Participate in reviewing processes and workflow to diagnose areas for improvement, and proactively propose improvement plans where gaps are noticed Proactively manage compensation and promotions for all employees in the client team in Vietnam, ensuring that employees are appropriately recognized and rewarded Identify early any additional facilities or tools required as the business grows and ensure plans are in place to meet the requirements Deliver active employee engagement and commitment to Tek Experts in Vietnam. Ensure the site is aligned with global processes implemented by the organization, - financial and operational reporting; selection; on-boarding; performance development; succession mapping for key roles; training needs and development plans.
