Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Electrical Engineering, Math or related quantitative field, or
equivalent practical experience in software development. 4 years of
experience in full-stack software development and system design.
Experience with backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C++).
Experience with frontend languages (e.g., JavaScript or
TypeScript.) Experience working with database technologies (e.g.,
SQL, NoSQL). Preferred qualifications: Experience with unit
testing, agile project development, bug and change management
systems with passion for engineering. Ability to provide effective
technical solutions to business issues. Ability to be
flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a dynamic environment
and to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently. About the job gTech
Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services
for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We
help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher
products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of
services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to
providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts
and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for
customers business and marketing needs and providing complex
technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support
for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and
customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions
of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads
customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams
within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to
improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a
cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the
best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted
partner. gTech’s Tools, Automation and Infra (TAI) team leverages
deep user insights and Generative AI (GenAI) technology to improve
or automate Google's Ads customer support experiences. TAI team
partners closely with gTech ads support teams, product teams, and
engineering teams to simplify our Ads support products and build
the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users. We are leaders of
the customer experience, advocating for big-picture visions,
feature requests, and offering product improvements backed by

position is $129,000-$185,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary
ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the
range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Design, build, deploy, and improve elegant,
scalable, and modern full-stack web applications using standard and
Google-specific software development tools which may include
ensuring reliable backends, building pipelines to aggregate data
from multiple sources, implementing responsive and User Experience
(UX)-rich frontends, or enhancing performance of existing tools and
services. Analyze problems and develop solutions, while identifying
dependencies and resolving issues to drive implementation. Make
technical contributions, including writing and reviewing design
documents, tests, and code (e.g., JavaScript, Python, TypeScript,
SQL). Provide subject-matter expertise and utilize comprehensive
knowledge of Google's relevant technologies, principles, practices,
and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional users and
stakeholders to identify pain points and devise innovative
technical solutions.
