looking for you to join our team as a Software Configuration
Analyst - Level 3/4 based out of Aurora, CO As a Software
Configuration Analyst , you will be helping to develop and sustain
systems using current technologies and others yet to come. We are
seeking team members who have a thirst for knowledge, approach each

impossible… until they’re not. Job responsibilities will include,
but not be limited to, the following: Responsible for data
management activities. Implement high-level prioritization of
requests and communicate schedules to stakeholders, including
customers. Create and maintain program data library asset
databases. Ensure timely and accurate release of deliverables and
program documents. Coordinate with document authors and project
managers to ensure deadlines and special handling requirements are
met for on-time quality delivery. Provide education on naming
conventions and document format standards. Promote consistency in
naming conventions and documentation standards across multiple
projects. Ensure high-quality program documentation by performing
technical editing to comply with deliverable templates. Identify
and correct usage errors and edit deliverables for grammar,
spelling, and formatting consistency. Create locked working
templates for Engineers and Program Managers using Microsoft Office
applications. Conduct all aspects of documentation management and
data management for multiple projects. Review and report on program
data metrics to benchmark effectiveness. Collaborate with team
members and contribute to upgrading standards and best practice
guidelines. Develop and implement review cycle plans, ensuring
proper marking of classified documents according to required
standards. Facilitate board meetings as needed by keeping notes and
making updates based on meeting charter and process documents.
Support program Configuration Management and Data Management
(CM/DM) requirements. Assist in planning, coordinating,
implementing, and administering program data management systems,
databases, and configuration management tools to support program CM
and DM requirements. Assist in building and managing program CM/DM
systems and tools, libraries, workflows, and processes. Provide
inputs into program level metrics to benchmark effectiveness of CM
and DM performance. Lead the CM and DM efforts and work closely
with the program, customer representatives, functional
organizations, and suppliers to ensure that program CM and DM
processes are accurately implemented. Assist in the coordination
and preparation of project documentation, such as engineering
drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract
modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
Create and implement CM and DM processes that are accomplished
within the bounds of the contract. Utilize integrated tools for
accomplishing Configuration and Data Management Team mission needs.
Facilitate Engineering Review Board and Configuration Control
Board. This includes tracking engineering changes through the
lifecycle, supporting the boards as a voting member, and creating
and distributing agendas and meeting notes, along with
announcements to baseline updates. Prepare work products to support
CM audits. This requisition may be filled at a higher job grade
based on the qualifications listed below. This requisition may be
filled as either a Level 3 or a Level 4. Basic Qualifications for a
Level 3: 5 years of relevant experience with Bachelors; 3 years
with Masters; 1 year with PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant
experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. ? U.S.
Citizenship Active Top Secret/SCI or Top Secret with SCI
eligibility at time of application, and willingness to sit for a
polygraph exam Ability to analyze/audit software products and
documentation handoff from the developers Experience with SW
release and Build process Knowledge of data management Strong
communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Knowledge
and experience in program contract review to determine
documentation requirements for each work product and project phase
Experience in providing guidance, coaching, and training to other
employees Strong knowledge and experience in managing documentation
libraries Ability to interface well with program
management/customers Basic Qualifications for a Level 4: 8 years of
relevant experience with Bachelors; 6 years with Masters; 4 years
with PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be
considered in lieu of a degree. U.S. Citizenship Active Top

and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail Experience
editing various types of contract deliverable documents in
accordance with DoD and Air Force standards Knowledge of
MIL-STD-963C, GEIA-859, and DoD 5010.12-M for data management
Effective presentation and computer skills, with strong knowledge
of Microsoft Office applications Primary Level Salary Range:
$103,600.00 - $155,400.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $129,300.00
- $193,900.00 The above salary range represents a general
guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors
when determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
