At Johnson Controls, we're shaping the future of smart building technologies, and we're currently looking for a HVAC Metro Market Lead Systems Specialist to join our innovative team. This specialist role focuses on leading and managing our HVAC systems operations within the metropolitan market to enhance building efficiency and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving project completion, ensuring system reliability and optimizing operational practices according to industry standards. This role is crucial in maintaining our leadership in building technologies by providing sophisticated solutions tailored to each building's needs. Proactively manage and lead HVAC projects from planning through completion within the metro market region. Collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to each building's needs. Analyze system performance data to ensure optimal operation and identify improvement opportunities. Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective solutions to any HVAC-related issues. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain leading edge service delivery. Train and mentor team members to foster a high-performance team environment. Strong knowledge and experience with HVAC systems and their operation Expertise in project management and leadership Ability to analyze and interpret technical data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with common industry software and diagnostic tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Certification Certified HVAC Designer (CHD) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
