Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Technology Services
Delivery to lead a tactical team of engineers in delivering
technical systems functionality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support team members through recruitment, performance
reviews, and training opportunities
Utilize KPIs and customer feedback to enhance team performance and
recognize contributions
Ensure quality assurance of deliverables and maintain reporting
mechanisms for IT performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of technology management experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology,
Engineering Technology, or related field
Experience with the Atlassian suite and its reporting
functionalities
Experience working in Slack, Teams, and ServiceNow
Certifications in the technology stack are a plus
