Job Description:

The Technical Solutions Assistant will provide internal IT support through user administration and maintaining/troubleshooting network infrastructure and computer workstations as needed at each location.

On an as needed basis, your duties will included:

• Communicate with and provides technical support to employees on technical inquiries for systems and applications
• Prepare computer workstations for new hires and helps in familiarizing new hires with computers and applications
• Provide support with basic IT infrastructure and networking
• Assist with other various IT Admin duties as needed
• May provide support for internal ERP application design and implementation
• May be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, installing new hardware, and modifying existing hardware
• May assist in developing new company-wide technical solutions
• May travel to other Vivacity Tech locations in the area
• Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software

      • High school diploma and minimum 1 years relevant experience required
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Physical Requirements
        • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
