Location: Onsite (Colorado Springs, CO)Status: 12 Month Contract

IT Support EngineerWe have an excellent opportunity to join a great company on a one-year contract. This role will support a team of professionals at onsite location in the Colorado Springs area.
What You Will Do:

• Experience with Cisco/Webex environment is a plus.
• Printer support and troubleshooting
• Microsoft Windows 10, 11 troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Active Directory (how to unlock, reset passwords, etc.)
• Experience with IT help desk software.
• Writing resolutions and processes and contributing to internal knowledgebase.
• Break/fix for PC, laptop, iPads, printers.
• Dedication to continual service improvement for Service Desk function.

  • Maintains cooperative working relationships with staff members, a good team player.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Outstanding oral communication skills.
  • Familiar with IT Service Management concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • 2+ years' Service Desk experience.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and lifecycle.
  • Technical Certifications: CompTIA, A+, MSCE a plus.
