Job Summary: Architects, develops, documents, tests and
troubleshoots SharePoint solutions.
Liaison between the personnel operating from the customer site and

Primary Duty Responsibilities
Assists HQ SpOC staff with EIS hosted SharePoint sites and USSF
organizations and users by architecting and developing solutions on
the SharePoint platform that are beyond the scope of the
out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities.
Engages with customers to analyze, document, understand their
business requirements and develop the most efficient and effective
solution to fit their needs.
Provides technical resolutions when possible. Gathers customer
requirements and creates solutions for HQ SpOC EIS platforms to
satisfy customer requirements.
Enforces SharePoint governance by policing sites to ensure
government requirements, including those pertaining to Personal
Identifiable Information (PII) and Section 508 compliance are
Provides the HQ SpOC and staff assistance with developing and
maintaining their SIPRNet on-premise and NIPRNet SharePoint
(SharePoint Online (SPO)) data, business processes, current
workflows and other out-of- the box solutions.
Provides training on SharePoint and other SharePoint related tools
Highly Desired Skills
Ability to deliver quality solutions in a timely manner. Ability to
plan, develop, prototype, and deploy web-based site configurations,
web parts and applications. Knowledge of commonly used concepts,
practices, and procedures within a military headquarters
environment. Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish
Familiarity with USSF organizational structure and required
protocols and decorum. Ability to effectively communicate technical
issues and status with all levels of military and civilian
personnel within USSF.
Bachelor's degree in software development, web design or related
field with 3+ years' experience. Additional years of relevant
experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree requirement
(i.e., Associate Degree and 5+ years' experience or High School
Diploma and 9+ years' experience).
Knowledge of the SharePoint PowerApps and Power Automate tools.
ITIL Version 3 or 4 - Foundation Certification (desired); CMMI
