In this role, you have the opportunity Drive the Enterprise Learning Management System administration framework and strategy in a global health technology environment. You are responsible for Establishing and operationalizing the centralized global LMS Administration strategy. Creating and managing the global LMS Administration processes. Ensuring standardized LMS administration practices are implemented throughout the Businesses/Market/Functions. Managing the centralized LMS Administration team that will support Enterprise QMS learning, as well as support the Local LMS Administrators. Creating and maintaining communication strategy to communicate important information to LMS Administrators and other Stakeholders on important LMS Administration or Assignment updates. Creating and maintaining the role-based learning framework in the LMS to manage Enterprise QMS learning assignments. Collaborating with the learning support team to ensure a good experience for the learner when new training is assigned. Support the Business, Market, Function stakeholders to enable QMS competency Coordinating with business process owners to ensure training is assigned and deployed to the required business roles. As a member of the Quality Compliance Learning Leadership team, you will collaborate and partner on strategic initiatives You are part of The Quality Compliance Learning team, which sits in Global Quality and is a part of the Q&R organization. To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following Bachelor's degree in related field 2 years' experience leading People Experience with LMS implementation in support of strategic change initiatives. 5 years' experience managing and administering LMS in an enterprise environment Experience working in regulated environment Learning agile, self-starter with demonstrable experience leading projects Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate meetings across multiple time zones and travel occasionally.
