Job Number: R0067470 Agile CoachKey RoleCoach, mentor, educate, facilitate, and provide guidance to development teams, product owners, and Scrum Masters as they seek Agile adoption and transformation within their organization. Lead the evaluation and implementation of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, and SAFe and team processes to facilitate organizational change. Evaluate and design strategies for organizational adoption of Agile at all stages, from introduction, to training, to process definition and tool selection. Train and educate individuals at all levels on Agile principles and practices, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to assist with Agile implementation within the team. Collaborate with leadership,--product owners, and the team to ensure alignment of execution and strategy. Help define and stand up a local Agile Center of Excellence. This position requires the ability to travel.Basic Qualifications:-5+ years of experience in working with the Agile framework in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe---3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach---Experience with software development, including Scrum and Agile development techniques---Experience with release planning and tracking and Agile using test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous integration environments---Ability to recognize and perform timely impediment recognition and escalation and display business judgment and proven expertise in directing the efforts of a technical staff---Ability to ensure the product owner knows how to arrange the product backlog to maximize value and teach techniques for effective product backlog management-Ability to travel 25-50% of the time-Secret clearance-BA or BS degree-ICAgile ICP-ACC and ICP-ATF CertificationsAdditional Qualifications:-Experience with government contracts---Experience with Agile facilitation, training, or public speaking---Experience with coaching teams or Agile transformation---Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills-Possession of excellent interpersonal, organizational, and team building skills---TS/SCI clearance-Certified Scrum Master (CSM) CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.We---re an EOE that empowers our people---no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic---to fearlessly drive change.
