Job Description:

A company is looking for a HR Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment process for intern and staff positions
Handle staff and intern onboarding and offboarding
Research and implement employee training and development programs

Qualifications:

1-3 years experience in HR and/or recruiting
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Software and LinkedIn Recruiter
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar field
Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience
