will support Broadcom's U.S. payroll operations. Job duties
- Participates in processing bi-weekly payroll with speed and
accuracy reflecting company specific pay policies.
- Audits and reconciles employee pay records.
- Interprets pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability,
government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensures
appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to the
various accounts correctly.
- Assists with audits of internal records, workers compensation,
tax filings and related documentation.
- Participate in specialized tasks or activities such as stock
vesting and option exercise processing, disability payment
processing, new hire, terminations, garnishments, compliance
- Bachelor's degree with courses in human resources and/or
accounting preferred or relevant years of experience in lieu of
- 2+ years of payroll experience including third party
time-keeping software (ADP, eTime, WorkDay)
- Working knowledge of U.S. payroll laws to include active,
terminated, and deceased employees
- Proficient in excelDesired skill set includes:
- Compliance knowledge, problem-solving, computer and software
proficiency, mathematical skills, calmness, organizational skills,

Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range
for this position is $40,200 - $67,000.This position is also
eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with
relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan
documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive
