This position is Remote, but employee must live in one of the locations below. This position/employee is responsible for regional coverage of the below regions:

• Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming Broadleaf Inc is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and dynamic Senior Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner to provide management and oversight in support of program with the Social Security Administration. The Senior Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner must possess excellent organizational, communications, and project management skills with experience working with large teams in a very dynamic, challenging results driven environment. JOB DUTIES:
• Conduct complex analyses of organization and mange HR projects and initiatives.
• Advise managers and supervisors of procedures and requirements.
• Write clear, informative streamlined job opportunity announcements.
• Process all applications received through automated system.
• Verify minimum qualification requirements for all candidates referred for consideration.
• Issue competitive, merit promotion, expected service, and/or non-competitive certificates/referral lists electronically
• Respond to inquiries from agency stakeholders regarding staffing actions JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Ten (10) years of Human Resources experience in a federal or federal contracting environment.
• Experience in advancing/implementing business objectives, strategic goals, and human resource programs/initiatives for Federal organizations
• Operational experience supporting with HR leadership, customers, and other HR staff members
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• General knowledge of various federal human resources laws and practices
• Must have experience in briefing internal and external senior leadership
• Possess excellent writing ability and communication skills
• Experience in Federal, Military or SETA Human Resource and Recruiting CLEARANCE LEVEL:
