Type: Full TimeSalary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal
Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $200,000
- $240,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by
various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience,
skills, certifications, and geographic location.Location: Colorado
Springs, Colorado. This is not a remote position.Additional
Compensation: This position is eligible for commissions and an

lifestylePosition Description:As part of the Bluestaq Human
Resources team, you will lead recruiting efforts to find software
development and technical talent who bring an intrapreneurial
mindset to the game. Your primary mission is to pinpoint, evaluate
and bring top talent to Bluestaq. As our recruiter, you are a brand
ambassador- you will deliver an efficient and engaging experience
for every candidate from application to offer. You'll guide
candidates through the Bluestaq selection and hiring process.
You're a teammate with a strong network in the software development
and technology community. As our recruiter, you'll source active
and passive candidates. You'll collaborate with senior leadership
and hiring managers to identify and build out staffing needs and
strategies and create/revise job descriptions as needed.
Additionally, you'll partner with interview teams to ensure
preparedness during the interview process. A driven and curious
Bluestaq recruiter will stay informed of trends and innovative
recruiting techniques to be competitive in emerging recruiting
practices. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Source and cultivate relationships
with talented engineersMaintain a candidate database to identify
current and planned recruitment effortsSet realistic timelines for
closing candidate recruitment negotiationsInvestigate all leads for
potential candidatesCollaborate with the Bluestaq HR Team to
conduct background checksCollaborate with the Bluestaq HR Team to
coordinate candidate interview schedulesFacilitate recruiting and
interview training for all Bluestaq team members
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job
opportunitiesQualifications:
15+ years of experience recruiting
for technical in an agency or corporate setting with a bachelor's
degree OR associate degree with 2 additional years of experience
beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience
beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a
degree.Extensive experience working through the entire recruiting
lifecycle recruiting with a high-paced technology company.A solid
understanding of the complete recruiting function, including
research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing, and
closing.Have a well-developed network of candidates and the skills
to build a community quickly and comprehensively.Proven track
record of building rapport with hiring managers and senior
leadership.An ability to take the initiative to build solid and
productive relationships.Experience closing and negotiating
compensation for top tech talent.Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proactive and thoughtful in seeking
clarification and asking questions.Finds the right balance between
persevering on a problem and asking for help.Takes responsibility
for their personal development and has a growth
mindset.Independently prioritizes and escalates unforeseen
issues.Displays a strong sense of ownership for the staff
recruiting process at Bluestaq.Required Education: 15+ years of
experience recruiting for technical profiles in an agency or
corporate setting with a bachelor's degree OR associate degree with
2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be
substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4
additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be
substituted in lieu of a degree.Clearance Requirement: This
position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be
eligible for a clearance, US Citizenship is required, and an
employee must agree to participate in a background screen and
credit check.Relocation: This position does not offer relocation.
