Description: This is a dynamic role supporting multiple buildings
and reporting to the Sr Director of the Space Systems sector within
L3Harris' Space & Airborne Systems segment. It presents a unique
opportunity to learn and influence our integrated business by
supporting the HR priorities for the Superiority division in
accordance with Site Lead responsibiliy for SAS. The required
location for this position is Colorado Springs, CO. Essential
Functions: Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and
Center of Excellence to strategically implement initiatives to
drive business strategy and improve organizational capability.
Collaborate with business leaders and Talent Acquisition to
successfully staff all Program Manager roles in support of growing
businesses. Build and utilize relationships with functional HRBPs
to influence business priorities within the functions. Provide HRBP
support to a matrixed population of 1,100 employees Responsible for
leading end-to-end talent management processes within the
divisions, including workforce planning, talent development,
performance management, diversity and inclusion, compensation, and
talent acquisition. Utilize trends and analytics to provide
proactive recommendations and propose solutions to enable sound
talent decisions and initiatives. Respond to data requests for
program, division, and sector reviews regarding staffing,
diversity, and attrition. Identify and diagnose issues in order to
develop, recommend, and implement root cause solutions that enhance
employee engagement/experience. Manage projects and special
initiatives within and outside the HR function. Utilize business
strategy to drive functional staffing implementation. Work with
business leaders to develop and implement effective employee
engagement solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and minimum
8 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum
6 years of prior HR Generalist experience. Experience driving HR
strategy in the following areas: performance management, employee
engagement and retention, staffing, compensation,
diversity/inclusion, leadership coaching and development and
succession planning 4+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner,
preferably in a Matrix Environment Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience with Team Facilitation, Performance Management, Employee
Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, and
Organizational Development Strong business and HR acumen, including
proactive problem-solving skills, critical thinking and a proven
track record of delivering on commitments. Demonstrated experience
coaching business leaders and facilitating organizational change.
Experience working within a matrix, cross-functional, and
geographically disbursed team. Ability to effectively influence,
coach and consult employees at all levels of the organization
Project management experience leading projects and utilizing HR
metrics and analytics to make recommendations and inform talent
decisions. Highly adaptable and able to succeed in a fast-paced
dynamic environment. Ability to influence and navigate decision
making without formal authority. Possesses a degree of professional
integrity, with an eye for attention to detail. Must be able to
travel domestically. In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for
Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is
$80,000-$149-000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or
salary, as final offer amount my vary based on factors including
