Job Description:
We are partnered with a leading insurance non-profit in Colorado
which has amassed over one million members. Over 50% of their
earnings go back to supporting surrounding communities. They have a
focus on improving oral health in the communities they serve and
prioritize helping others.
The team is hoping to add a qualified Human Resources Business
Partner to join their office. You will have the ability to partner
with recruiting efforts in attracting and retaining top talent as
well as supporting performance to achieve quality outcomes. A
successful candidate will have experience utilizing HR metrics to
drive results as well as contributing toward department
effectiveness.
Rewards
This role pays a first year OTE of $85,000 - $95,000

Requirements
2+ years in an HRBP or Generalist role required
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and benefits
required
Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant Human Resource certificate
strongly preferred
Prior knowledge of employee relations and utilizing an HRIS
preferred
Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to attract, motivate, develop, and retain top
talent
Maintain accurate records within the HRIS and ensure accurate
enrollments
Handle employee relation cases and investigations from reporting
through resolution
Facilitate job description and compensation evaluations and
participate in salary and benefit surveys
Track and report Human Resources metrics on a regular basis and
monitor improvement
Own recruitment activities for exempt roles and drive the
onboarding process
