Firstsource is Hiring for a TrainerPosition Purpose:The primary purpose of this position is to conduct training as needed to improve the quality of the work completed by associates in the Payer Division, to conduct training of new hires or employees on the accounts to which they are assigned and to develop employees so they can keep pace with the changing needs of the organization.This position works with minimal supervision and is frequently required to use professional skills, discretion and sensitivity while addressing various quality and training issues. This individual works as a team member in determining departmental needs and serves as a resource for the associates and management team. They will provide training and coaching for the further development of each employee and must work well with a variety of individuals and be able to resolve issues professionally. This individual is a leader who interfaces with various operations management personnel, including center Directors, supervisory staff and the quality team. This individual must have a proven ability to adapt quickly to the changes of our organization and the ability to learn quickly & efficiently.
