Position Summary: As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, saut--, pastry) and ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes. You will work closely with the Chef d Cuisine and Executive Chef to maintain consistency, efficiency, and creativity in every plate served. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of your assigned kitchen station Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards Assist with menu planning, specials, and new dish development Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols at all times Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed Support team members during service to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook in a high-end kitchen Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills Passion for food, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence Join a culinary team that values creativity, quality, and professionalism.
