Job Description:

TheCustomer Service Site Lead resolves IT issues quickly, effectively, and with the proper documentation to develop a knowledge base for staff use.Responsibilities:

• Awareness of all facets of IT deployment in NIPR/SIPR/JWICS environments
• Staff mentoring and training
• Review and reset priorities to address the client mission and high priority initiatives
• Develop collegial and productive relationships with other groups is necessary to accomplish client objectivesRequirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or another scientific or technical discipline
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree may be used towards experience)
  • At least five (5) years of government contracting experience required
  • Military and/or government experience a plus
  • ITIL certification required - Foundation at a minimum
  • Project Management Professional (PMP -) certification is a plus
  • Must possess a current TS (SCI preferable)
